Using carefully selected aromatherapy oils, every treatment is tailored to your individual needs on the day, whether you're carrying physical tension, feeling emotionally drained, or simply in need of some proper time for yourself.

Mobile reflexology treatments in the comfort of your own home in Lymm, Grappenhall, Thelwall and nearby areas.

Treatments are designed with women in mind, supporting stress, sleep and hormonal balance, and can also be a gentle, supportive option for teenage girls experiencing anxiety or feeling overwhelmed.

Each session is designed to help release built-up tension, calm your nervous system and give you the space to properly switch off, without needing to go anywhere.

I bring everything needed, including a professional recliner chair and towels, so you can fully relax in your own space. I’ll arrive a few minutes before your session to set up. If home treatments aren’t convenient, alternative options can be arranged, please message me for options.

Over time, reflexology becomes less of a treat and more of a way to stay on top of how you feel. Just like a haircut or a dental check-up, regular sessions can help stop tension building up in the first place.

Just a superb first reflexology experience with Dawn. While I was awake for the first couple of minutes, I restfully fell asleep for the rest. What I know for sure is that I have felt so much better since, more able to rest and elevated energy levels.

I had a blissfully relaxing hours reflexology treatment with Dawn, who is based locally in Thelwall. She was really friendly and welcoming. The treatment was incredibly thorough in a peaceful tranquil environment. I went for help with headaches but it was great knowing that other issues would be treated too. Dawn is a very calm person who instantly puts you at ease. I hadn’t tried reflexology before but found it really soothing and relaxing and I slept so well that night!
